Rookie Mistake

Crap, I made a rookie mistake today. I waited so long to eat since I didn't know what I wanted and was STARVING while I was out. This made it so I got food on my way home. Instead of the entire dinner I wanted I did only get half so at least I made a good choice there. I did end up only eating like 3 of the fries so I was proud of myself there too. But, I can't believe I was drawn into it like I used to be.

    You might try keeping a healthy snack or 2 in your purse for just those situations. Good job of not letting it totally derail you,

    Why not try carrying a protein bar with you where ever you go? I always make sure to have one! Just in case I get hungry, I'll just have some of my bar and it'll hold me over until I can get some real food!

Since you're still hungry, try drinking a lot of water - or make a nice salad!
