I was just voted as a SparkPeople Motivator! Wow! So amazed and grateful! So glad I've been able to help people on my journey.
Discussion about what I am doing that is working for me. Thank you for being on the journey with me!
Some of what I'm doing that works for me:
I exercise at least 10 min. a day, usually 30 or 60 min.
I am eating healthy - at least 5 fruits and veggies a day.
I aim for my calorie range and other nutrition ranges every day.
When I slip up, I track it, talk about it, and start again the next meal or next day.
I think about my goals and reasons for getting healthy.
I know it's a lifestyle, not a diet. It will take awhile, but I'll get there.
I'm enjoying the journey.
