Today, I promise I will not give up.
I will not make any excuses not to take care of my health.
I will be accountable in all big and small actions.
I will stay on track and continue this healthy living journey
When I fall of the wagon I will not beat myself up but pick myself up and start again.
I will look at the opportunities each new day brings.
I will be my best friend and treat myself accordingly
I will think like a winner and put in effort to be one.
I will WIN.
I pledge to reach my 5% weight loss this spring challenge -No more excuses.
