Woo Hoo I did it this morning, I got up and worked out. I did the elliptical at the gym and did 8.9 miles in 34 minutes. Monday morning I want 10 miles!
Another great thing I did for myself was I made an awesome antipasta salad with asparagus, red bell pepper, chives, artichoke hearts and Newman's light caesar (very little)...seriously nummy and mucho veggies!!!
The scale is coming back down to where it should be and I'm feeling much better. Now to start making some progress on new pounds lost!
I have to say that I've had some distractions this week...hence missing the blog post the last two days...but it's in a good way. I've met a man on Christian Mingle who lives in Alabama (yes I know that's very far away) but he has lost 30 pounds and works out six days a week. I have a feeling he will be arranging to fly up here and meet me soon....so even more incentive to chose to take care of myself and get these pounds off!
