My weekly goals:
*Eat 26 Weight Watcher points daily following the good health guidelines.
*Track 49 weekly bonus points. I use them or lose them.
* Accumulate 400 minutes of Physical activity.
* Touch base with my Spark Friends.
* Blog and post my weekly challenge totals to all.
*Take care of myself.
* Keep up with my Story of Hope[50 most important stories in the Bible] readings.
*Find time for my knitting, creating, and other reading.
So, many of you know that I follow the Weight Watchers plan. My week start on Friday and ends on Thursday. My mind set is in one week chunks. Last week I ate my 26 daily points, and 72 bonus points. Remember I obliterated Easter Dinner...I just wiped it off the books. My week this week is really just 6 days ...wink! That's how I roll. I do it about 5 days a year. It's nice to give yourself license to be a slacker and not bother writing some times, as long as you know you can get back to the program! I put 500 minutes of exercise time in ...SWEET!

I kept up with my Bible readings for the week about the story of the The Bronze Serpent. These readings were in the book of Numbers. I also am reading book 2 of The Hunger Games series. I am also listening to State of Wonder book on CD. I found a little time to knit on a hat I started with yarn from County Donegal Ireland. I would like to start my son's T-shirt quilt this week.....hmmm...fingers are crossed here!
