My weekly goals:
Body emoticon
*Eat 26 Weight Watcher points daily following the good health guidelines.
*Track 49 weekly bonus points. I use them or lose them.
* Accumulate 400 minutes of Physical activity.

Mind emoticon
* Touch base with my Spark Friends.
* Blog and post my weekly challenge totals to all.

Spirit emoticon
*Take care of myself.
* Keep up with my Story of Hope[50 most important stories in the Bible] readings.
*Find time for my knitting, creating, and other reading.

So, many of you know that I follow the Weight Watchers plan. My week start on Friday and ends on Thursday. My mind set is in one week chunks. Last week I ate my 26 daily points, and 72 bonus points. Remember I obliterated Easter Dinner...I just wiped it off the books. My week this week is really just 6 days ...wink! That's how I roll. I do it about 5 days a year. It's nice to give yourself license to be a slacker and not bother writing some times, as long as you know you can get back to the program! I put 500 minutes of exercise time in ...SWEET!

I posted my challenge totals, and am blogging my weekly totals now...done...check it off the list!

I kept up with my Bible readings for the week about the story of the The Bronze Serpent. These readings were in the book of Numbers. I also am reading book 2 of The Hunger Games series. I am also listening to State of Wonder book on CD. I found a little time to knit on a hat I started with yarn from County Donegal Ireland. I would like to start my son's T-shirt quilt this week.....hmmm...fingers are crossed here!

Tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character, and character, hope. Romans 5:3-4

I love that you're focusing on the "whole" you now, Jane! Great goals! Love the "free" day. Allowing yourself freedom to enjoy life, without guilt a few times a year, is a wonderful gift.

I like the new format. Does this mean you are only going to write a weekly blog?

Obliterated Easter dinner - I should have thought of that! It was a tough week with all the Easter and birthday goodies in the house. Glad that this week is over and I can start new.

Look at those Fitness Minutes - you ROCK!

Fun, fun that you are reading the second book of the hunger games. I haven't read any of them. I saw the movie and looked it up in Wikipedia to get an overview of how the triology ends. I realize the movies may not work out that way but I wanted to have some point of reference.

Good for you for the extra exercise time. I am going to there soon too. I will, I will.

I like the new format. Love your attitude. And love the goals. You are such a great teacher and inspire-er too! I sure don't see how you accomplish all that you do with work, family, crafting, fitness....the list just goes on
I keep meaning to ask if you are still knitting with the school girls.
