I am moving this week!
I have been trying to eat well (blew that on Tuesday, but one day is not the worst thing in the world). Jumped back on the wagon right after and have been coasting all week!
Ran 4.1 on Wednesday - with another record for my 5K...
Tomorrow will be my first 5K run/race of the year... and only my 2nd outside run of the year (did I mention that I LOVE my treadmill???). It's a flat course, so I'm aiming for under 32 minutes. If I can do it on a treadmill with hills, I can do it outside with adrenaline!
Haven't made weigh in this week... but will hit that tomorrow morning before the run. Gonna be a busy day, but Oh so worth it!
Oh! It looks like the contingency on the sale of our house is going to be lifted next week... meaning inspections etc get to start and we may be moving soon!
(I'm so ready to be done with showings and start packing... then the fun part of unpacking and painting!!! WOO HOO)
