... encouragement from my SP Buds, a workout, and a shower can make!!
I did the ramp it up, it's more strength I guess, but it gets my heart rate up and a sweat also, then instead of the cool down, I hopped on "Elli" and did a quick tabata protocol type work out. I thought that might be similar to the walk/sprint that is suggested for primal. (oh ha, I just now looked it up and I see Mark does talk about doing tabata, so that's kewl) So then I did a stretch after that, and then hopped in the shower.
My oh my how everything looks different :)
I also ordered some books today. PB, PB 21 day Transformation, and ummm hmmmm a Gary Taubes one, something about fat, Oh, Why we get fat.
I never paid attention to bloat before. I mean everything was bloated - always. Fat - bloat ... same thing it seemed. That was just normal. So noticing it, is something new. Just like getting hungry, and eating when hungry is something new. I dont remember being hungry before but I would just eat anyways. So I am learning to pay attention to the signs my body is giving me. I know it wants to be healthy and fit just as much as I want it to be also, so we have to work together.
