To help my family make healthier choices, I am trying to buy less processed food and more fresh food. We still eat a lot of processed foods, but I am learning to make scalloped potatoes fresh instead of from a box. I am also learning to season my rice differently so I don't have to buy rice in a box to have it flavored. It is a slow process, but it is working.
What do you do to encourage your family to make healthy choices?
