Its an amazing feeling. I dont even know HOW I got to this point..but I did because of all the effort I put in. I knew I could do it, but never thought I'd make it to this point SO quick! All I did was change my diet completely and started eating clean. I started working out when the kids napped (no more excuses!) 4-5 days a weeek!
I hope I can set an example for other mothers out there who are stay at home moms, and can never find the time to workout. Try to set a schedule for your kids to nap at least an hour in the day, and make that YOUR time. I never thought I could, but when you try, anything can happen.
I have another 12 lbs to go to meet my weight goal. If I can lose another 5 after that, it'd be awesome. But i'll be totally happy with another 12 lb loss, and I KNOW I CAN DO IT!!!!!
