At last night's weigh-in I was down 3.6 pounds (after 2 Easter dinners on the weekend). What a great way to start! Tomorrow night I am going out with a couple of girlfriends, but I already have a plan on how I'm going to handle things and still have a great time.
By the way, has anyone tried the Skinnygirl premixed cocktails? My friend is thinking of getting some for our night out, but I really don't know anything about them. I'm planning on taking it easy anyway as too much alcohol = no willpower over what I eat = empty calories = horrible feeling the next day (guilt AND headaches)!! I'm too old for that now!!
