i feel like a yo yo-

So this week i day i did SO AWESOME- then i snack here and there through the day?! Im back up on the scale... i feel like a yo yo....
And ive been on this road before its nothing new to me. And i know i will get past this. I always do, just wish i would stop sabotaging myself. Thats what i feel like im doing.
It was so easy for me the first time i lost weight...
So why is THIS time so much more difficult? I dont know...
Considering i keep reaching for things that are crunchy, ive decided today i need to buy more veggies and fruit etc. Im gonna buy some carrots, and munch on THOSE through out the day. SERIOUSLY! Also gonna be BRAVE and buy some Cauliflower like a team member has suggested-
Also need more bananas- buy some salad stuff...
Im on a roll of things id love to have in the house to eat , so im gonna be prepared. Again i think im gonna be up on the weight watchers weigh in-
Brings me down, but at the same time, keeps me determined, because i REFUSE to let the number win. I will get to my goal, someday, obviously not today or tomorrow but some day.
Doing good with exercising, although 2 days this week, i was like BLAH, but forced myself to do at least 20 min of Zumba. Its gonna be a nicer day, and on top of walking, my plan is to go for a jog this afternoon after my husband comes home from work.
My strength has always carried me through, and i will get through this slump. I just dont wanna be a yo yo anymore. I dont wanna go 165, 167, 165, 167- its frustrating. I need to find that UMPH to see my next mini goal.

Okie dokie, im off- gonna go get the now... :)

    Tsk, Tsk, my friend. Don't give up when you have successfully gotten as far as you have. Re-focus and find that DRIVING FORCE before you lose the reason for doing this. Keep the Faith.

    Enjoy those carrots. Cauliflower rocks!!! It is soooo good if you roast it with some olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika. 400 Degrees F until browned to your liking-stir occasionally! Also very good sauteed with a little bit of vinegar on it. An raw.....heaven! emoticon
