If You Are Actually Committed to Losing Your Weight, IT CAN BE DONE!! If You Track EVERY SINGLE THING YOU ATE in a day and log it every night You will think twice if you really want to have seconds for anything. First Because the obvioius , the Calories but Second.... You can't just say you ate a Cheeseburger and you're done. For Me I LOVE MY FOOD so nothing is simple on my dish .. I strongly believe that you can EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT but in MODERATION!!!!!!! My Cheesburger would start out logging how many ounces of Beef, 2 slices of baby swiss, 6 oz of mushrooms, 1 tbs mayo, 1/4 c Grilled Onions, Some Toasted Bread bought out of Deli that was on special this week. After trying to remember EVERY little thing , it can get tedious so you Will Think Twice the next time you are Eating. Condiments Are Sneaky Calories !!!!! Try it for Just 1 WEEK To Give YourSelf a Glimpse of What You Really Do Consume, Don't Forget ANYTHING , you are only Cheating YourSelf.
