Slowly but surely. That's how this weight loss seems to be going. Each Friday I seem to be just a tiny bit (not quite a full pound) less than the week before. This week was really tiny; I went from 133.8 to 133.6. Don't get me wrong, it's moving in the right direction AND I have not made the best choices this week. Easter's always a killer for me. Okay, any holiday that involves food and particularly sweets, is a killer for me. emoticon

If possible next week I'm going to try to up the workouts on days that I can do it; so I'll do the 30 day shred when I get home and then maybe killer buns and thighs after the boys go to bed. Next week's going to be a bit rough because I have SmartTalk on Tuesday night so there won't be any workout and then I have to fly to our office in NE on Thurdsay; I'll get back the same day, but it's a long day and the boys will beat me home so I'll just get the one workout in after they go to bed. Regardless, I'll do what I can and try to make better choices.

For today I'm going to enjoy my day off of work, despite the crappy weather, and try to get some things done I've been putting off. I have one conference call at 9am and then it's all about not working. Hubby is off too so maybe we'll grab lunch and we're going to go get new phones (trade in the 4 year old flip phones) - woo hoo! emoticon
