Have an awesome day and feel better! I like your idea of lower intensity exercise when you are feeling ill rather than just chucking it in for the day. I think my recovery from any little illness I have ever had has been made harder by my guilt that my healthy habits took a backseat while I was feeling bad. I am working from home today, but I think I will take a walk before I start all my paperwork catch-up. Good video blog! Keep up the excellent progress! P.S. The scale is a total liar!!!!
