... And I really want to feel comfortable in a t-shirt and pants/capris. I tend to lose focus when I go off track in my eating. I can honestly say Im the heaviest then I have ever been. All I can think is I want freedom from this fat suit. So I just want to run, walk, move... So I am setting a goal of getting to the 220's within two months... april to may... I know the weightloss goal isnt really high but I'm trying to be realistic so I am not setting myself up for failure. I think if I set myself easy small goals that are easily attainable (to start with) it will build my confidence.
