Well, after nearly two years, I have decided to go back to the previous WW plan which I think was called Momentum. It had two different plans: Core, which had a list of certain foods to eat and Flex, which was a points plan. I like Flex and that's what I started today. I made and stayed at my points goal, not hungry and feeling very good. Drinking 64 oz of water each day is a little to steep for me to start with so I set my goal at 48 oz which is 6 glasses a day. I only got 5 glasses in but I am happy with that.
Today was a very good start!
