and today not being a running day, I did a weights and core body workout. I'm glad I did. I want some definition in my arms and shoulders before summer and my lower back is telling me that running 10k is not its favourite thing for me to do. I can make myself happy by doing some upper body weights work and make my back happy by strengthening my body core. I've been pretty strict about keeping within my caloric intake parameters this week so here's hoping tomorrow's weigh-in will be a pleasant experience!
