Here's a suggestion: instead of focusing on inches or pounds to keep you motivated when you exercise, focus on how it feels when you exercise.

    I am laughing because I hate exercising. The only thing I feel after is relief that it is done! So, I keep waiting for the day when I will love it and love how I feel when I am done!!!

    I agree. Focusing on how good I'll feel after...or how bad I feel when I skip one...helps me get through early morning workouts.
