I am doing a great job keeping the weight off. I weighed myself today and am holding strong at 125. Sometimes I float up or down a couple of pounds then end up back 1 pound under my goal weight.
I am still tracking my food. I did pretty good keeping up with tracking during my three vacations. I am very honest about what I am eating and drinking. I generally eat between 1200 and 1500 cals. Sometimes I go over 1500 cals, but it seems to even back out through the whole week.
I run 4 to 5 times per week.
Running and tracking all of my food are definitely the two main things keeping my weight down.
