5k day 1

I just did the 1st day of my training program. I was unable to do more than 30secs jogging for the last 2 repeats. Made me realize how much of a couch potato I am. But it also made me realize that I really want to be able to say I finished a 5k and am on my way to a healthier life. One where I can jog for more than a couple minutes. I will do this. I am determined to do it, to finish it and to kick its butt.
