LesMills Body Combat. it is based on martial arts. i found 1 that is a 20 minute, and the rest are 45--55 minutes.
The gyms by me don't have it, but i found some of the old versions on the web. it takes a while if the site doesn't load each segment quickly (each class is 8-10 segments) but i just stretch a little while i wait.
