new program

Found a new program on bodybuilding.com that I'm going to follow for the next 12 weeks. I just did the legs/butt workout today and I'm already so sore! It doesn't help that my throat hurts and I've been stuffed up and coughing like mad. I'm going to chill tonight and drink some neocitrin and go to bed early.

Tomorrow I'm hoping I'll be ready to tackle day two which is a pull day, so it's exercises that use pull motions. I like the program because it's simple, uses supersets, and has exercises in that I actually know! I forget the name of this program though lol, I'll figure it out and let you know.

    I think those bb.com programs are Great. all the information laid out every day for 12 weeks (including food). Makes it sooo much easier to stay on track - if you miss your "homework" one day you're just going to have to make it up, so might as well get your butt to the gym! I'm doing JE LiveFit- on Week 11. Amazing stuff!

    You know I've heard of a couple of other friends of mine trying out these programs on bodybuilding.com.. they sound fun! and interesting! Do you need all the eq a gym has to do most of what they put together? I have like, a leg extention machine and that's pretty much it for legs here on my home gym, LOL!

    Sounds like a classic push/pull routine. Chest/shoulders/tris followed by back/bis followed by legs. Throw in core and some cardio and you are good to go! It can work well because you are working opposing muscle groups on each day.
