Found a new program on bodybuilding.com that I'm going to follow for the next 12 weeks. I just did the legs/butt workout today and I'm already so sore! It doesn't help that my throat hurts and I've been stuffed up and coughing like mad. I'm going to chill tonight and drink some neocitrin and go to bed early.
Tomorrow I'm hoping I'll be ready to tackle day two which is a pull day, so it's exercises that use pull motions. I like the program because it's simple, uses supersets, and has exercises in that I actually know! I forget the name of this program though lol, I'll figure it out and let you know.
