I am not yet losing any pounds. I thought that perhaps I needed to get more intensity, which I have done. And yes, I admit that I am not tracking food for a few weeks now, and no doubt getting a few more calories than I should. But I have noticed that my fitness level is better. It used to be that I was tired after a tough workout. Now I can do them and am not exhausted afterward.
I am still on a weight plateau, but not on a fitness plateau!
