I received my armband yesterday. I think it's just the kick in the butt I need. I think that the machines at the gym are way overestimating the amount of calories I'm burning, and therefore, I'm not burning enough. Something I can't figure out though - you are supposed to wear it at night and it will analyze your sleep. I went to bed at 10, and got up about 6:45. Yet it says I only slept three and a half hours. It also says I walked about 500 steps before I even got up. Yes I woke up a few times to use the restroom (took a water pill last night), but I can't see how this is accurate. The only thing I can think of is that I did a lot of tossing and turning last night. Has anyone used it and gotten the same kind of results?
