Ok - I am making progress. I am tracking my food on the apex site, and I am exercising every day and hitting my goal calorie burn and I have fewer cravings for carbs and I am able to get out of bed feeling refreshed and energized - what is going on? I even bought a pair of size 10 pants yesterday! That is bizarre - I am not sure what to think about that. I need to go so I am on time for my trainer. I am really making changes that I think may stick around awhile. I can do this. So can you! For me this little Body Bugg has been a breakthrough that I needed. I hope in another 2 weeks I will be at the lowest weight in - I don't know - 25 years?
