Have I train well?
I did the best I can given my circumstances!
Listen to my body!
So today I decided to do a trial run to see where I am in my decision for my full.
I left my SELF-DOUBT, NEGATIVITY, WORRIES, PANIC in the car!
And I flew...I flew like a bird! Or ran lol
I ran 3 miles nonstop in 34 mins. That is 11-12 min/miles
that is where I want to be!
That's my ORIGINAL goal pace.
Yes I've ran 28 min 5k...but I have to remember this is 26.2 miles!
I stopped thinking about:
Come on, I used to.......
Omg, what happened last time you.........
Come you can do X miles nonstop.........
Omg, there is X more hills......
holy cow, this hill was hard, crap there is a bigger one ahead!
Today my ankles were fine!
Today my cardio was great!
Now til the full...its time for MENTAL HEALING ;)
