20 Pounds Down!

Thursday, April 12, 2012

yeah, at almost 3.5 months, I have finally lost another 10 pounds. It puts me at around 20 pounds in less than 9.5 months. My goal is to lose 10 pounds in 2 months. if I make it, that will be 30 pounds in 1 year. Not a lot to others but its major progress.

I am soo thrilled. and in just 5 more pounds, god willing, I will have lost 10% of my initial weight. wow.

I am so happy and thankful. I feel a bit lighter, more flexable, its easier to exercise and people notice. it feels good to accomplish a goal and make progess, no matter how forward and backward it was, lol.

Great job!! You said something that struck me, "Not a lot to others but its major progress. "
It is progress, and don't EVER downplay that!! Focus on you and do not concern yourself with what others think!
    Keep up the great work!!

emoticon Time isn't as important as progress. I know that all too well! You are doing amazing! Focus on all the changes in your body, like inches lost, how you feel and how you look. Most importantly how are you looking at yourself mentally? I think you are amazing and doing really great!! Hugs, Cathy
