Ok. I'm out of my self-imposed doghouse. I ran again today. 10k. Improved timing over the first time a week ago. Knees good, heart good, back complaining slightly. Psyche good. I'll do this again sometime: ) Sometime, like day after tomorrow!

My first 10K midway thru, heard this loud clap clap sound, it was about a 60-70 yr old woman running flat footed getting ready to overtake me. Those were the days, it was in a wonderful park with lots of little hills. I can still hear that sound to this day. Promised myself I would not hear it in any other races at the time. She could probably pass me up right now if she is still above ground!

Keep it up and your gonna have almost nothing that jiggles any more. Geez..
