Off day...

Today was my off day...I didn't plan it that way...but I woke up this morning just sore! I'm not complaining, I know it is my body changing in a good way...but I don't want to over do it, so I took an off day. Tomorrow I will be back at it!

I made a mistake the other day...I bought iced coffee from the store...just pour over ice and drink...I am addicted and because of this small mistake, I didn't get my water in today. When I make hot coffee in the morning I only have so much and that is that. When I have a supply in the fridge, I don't stop. I have learned my lesson. No more iced coffee, just water emoticon

Tomorrow's plan...I will not drink iced coffee all day! I will drink my water! I will do my day four of the Power of 10! Three simple things that I have done already and will do again. My body is already feeling better just thinking about it emoticon

I got my new computer today...that was exciting...but I don't want to be trapped on it all day, so I am going to set my limits. I feel like a kid again when I say that, but I know that I have to.

Alright...time to get to bed and get some good rest!!

    Setting limits for ourselves is healthy and proactive! Being mothers, we kind of HAVE to practice these things on ourselves! Not only for responsibility purposes, but showing a great example to our kiddos not to revolve around the screen time! (This is something I'M working on!!!!! =] )

We all need rest days! Way to go listening to your body and taking one when you need it! Hitting it hard and getting to the point where your body is SORE totally warrants a rest day =] I hope you enjoyed it! Because now it's time to SWEATTTTTTTTTTT! =D
