Last night: 4 hrs. sleep ~ ARGGGGHHHH!!!

Walking ~ 6.53 miles
Strength training - Lower body, core ~ done!
Intake ~ No problems w/food today at all.

Now ~ Bath & bed to end the day & the exhaustion.

I can tell you this much - working out is SO much harder sleep deprived than it is when you're well rested & fresh!!! For some reason I woke up @ 4:00 am and was wide awake - never got back to sleep. Hope that doesn't happen again for a long time.

    I bunch of us didn't sleep well last night. Someone said it was the fault of the moon.

    I'm sure the exercise helped.

    You are right, it's really hard to push yourself
    to exercise when you are dog-dead-tired!
