Last night: 4 hrs. sleep ~ ARGGGGHHHH!!!
Walking ~ 6.53 miles
Strength training - Lower body, core ~ done!
Intake ~ No problems w/food today at all.
Now ~ Bath & bed to end the day & the exhaustion.
I can tell you this much - working out is SO much harder sleep deprived than it is when you're well rested & fresh!!! For some reason I woke up @ 4:00 am and was wide awake - never got back to sleep. Hope that doesn't happen again for a long time.
