okay, I'm really trying.

I mean, I haven't been eating right and I certainly haven't been exercising as much as I should. But I am walking as much as possible and am even incorporating extra steps in wherever I can. I'm drinking loads of water (bought a 32 oz refillable bottle) and have been eating full breakfasts. Lunches are a weakness and dinners are hit or miss.

I guess my biggest obstacle is the precious, elusive measurement of time. I spend at least 3 hours of my day in the car. I get up when it's dark, take about 30 minutes to get ready for work and eat breakfast, spend all day at work (managing a bank teller line), then drive home, eat dinner, and relax for a couple hours before it gets dark again.

Where do I -- and WHEN do I -- exercise??

Does anyone have any suggestions for exercises I can do at work?

I'm going to start doing push ups on my HALF HOUR lunch break and maybe simple moves like lunges and jumping jacks (if I'm not wearing a skirt).

I'm open to any suggestions at this point -- I just know I need to get much more active.
