Had some challenging experiences with my previous diet plan that I have finally come to terms with and put them behind me. I have moved forward and I am excited about my new plan of following a calorie/portion controlled plan with a focus on carb reduction and healthier choices.
I have learned to keep trying different options until you figure out what works for you. We are all unique and most cookie cutter plans will need some customization. Think about what you liked most about plans and bring the best components to your plan that fits you.
