I can do anything as long as I want to do it!
Today I got my first compliment and I accepted it and was able to brag a little that I've lost 15lbs. since Christmas. It felt really good. Knock one more item off the 100 mini goal list.
Now I need to keep it going. This week has been difficult so far. Hope the end of the week will go smoother. I've fallen off the exercise wagon and need to get back on. But I can do anything if I want to do it so I want get exercise in and I will do it.
