What missing a weeks worth of workouts can do.....

Today is my weigh in and measure day. No real earth shattering changes but I can tell I missed a week of workouts. While my son was visiting I substituted things like bowling and hiking for my "real" work outs. Here's what happened:
Weight: 135.4 (down from 136.2 - probably just water)
Body fat % per my scale: 34.5 (up from 32.6)
Belly measurement: 32" (up from 31.5")
Time to get back on track and "Bring It!" if I want to change those numbers!
