I have been fighting this weight battle for two years now. Before my second pregnancy, I was on a roll. I had the motivation and the want to lose the pounds, and I did. I lost 30 pounds between my first pregancy and my second, and that does not include the actual weight gained during pregnancy. I don't count that weight because with breast feeding it came off faster than it went on. I'm strictly counting prepregnancy weight. Now I'm stuck. I still need to lose 30 lbs but can't seem to find the motivation. I'm not gaining, well not really just the normal up or down 2-3 lbs. I do have a lot going on right now, I sprained my chest 3 months ago and it just won't heal, which limits my workouts. But that's just an excuse, because in reality getting to a healthy weight will only help me physically. Especially with the chest sprain because I won't have the extra pounds applying pressure. So what to do what to do??? What can I do to get me going?
