.9 pounds. Ugh.
It's my own fault, really. My eating slipped this past week. I didn't pay enough attention to it and went over on my calories several times. I've also ingested a lot of candy in the past couple of days. Darn these candy holidays! Haha.
But yes! It's time to crack back down on things. No more over eating!
