End of Day 2.

Well today was I think abit harder than usual, its day 2 and I admit I fell off the wagon just a little bit. Normally I'd be beating myself up and would just say forget it I screwed up and that's it, BUT today I realized that just because one day you fall off the wagon, doesn't mean that the next day isn't a new day because it is ~ we all make mistakes, but that does not mean its the end of the world. I finished off the little bit of my leftover easter chocolate, partly to get it out of the way but also just to have one last piece of it because I've decided 100% to be serious about the sugar challenge. I have been almost literally killing myself by putting unneeded junk in my body for years now, and I truly have the opportunity to change that around in order to benefit me in the long run. Tomorrow is a new day; I plan on starting over again and will make sure that I am more in control of what I eat/drink along with doing more exercise. I will be successful, no doubt about it :)

    Each day it gets a little easier to stay on the wagon. Just keep at it and keep remembering why you want to do this.
