I was doing well on my weight loss journey when life threw me a curve ball. Last October I ended up ending a 5 year relationship. I went from not being able to eat to eating everything in sight. All I seem to think about is sweets. I have not been eating fruits or vegetables. I have replaced water for soda. I have quit exercising too. I am doing everything I should not be doing. It's time to get back on track. This is not going to be easy. I have called my neighbor to start walking in the mornings again. It always helps to know someone is waiting for me. I am going to quit eating sweets and replace with fruits. I think this is going to be the hardest thing for me to do. I am going to quit drinking pop and start drinking water again. I love the spring weather and I enjoy working out in my yard. With a combination of all these things I should be off to a good start. I will report back in one week and let everyone know how I am doing.
