Every Monday while I'm working out I think the same thing, I need to blog about how much I love Monday's. Every Monday I don't blog that.
So why do I love Monday's? Because my workouts feel great because Sunday is my day off from exercise and my body is refreshed and raring to go. Monday is als the first day of the week that I do strength training (I love strength training).
Then, low and behold, my walk today was phenomenal, I beat my previous 2 mile best time by a full 55 seconds.
I love vegetables! I made spaghetti for lunch and I am exact in the weight of my pasta, meat and how much sauce I use, but I go to town on the veggies. I end up with a rather large amount of food, but it is full of veggies and it tastes so good.
So today I also loved Tuesday.
But I have been struggling with wanting to snack at night. Don't get me wrong, I eat a snack every night. I just want to eat mindlessly. This was my previous behavior; the behavior I am working the hardest to modify.
Hunger isn't the issue, I eat plenty of food. It is just a mind thing. I have read articles and blogs about this and I need to replace the behavior, but sometimes that is easier to say than to do. I am fortunate that I am single and live alone so that there are no tempting foods in my house.
I will gain victory over this struggle!!!
