Habits

I am starting to feel better. I have been sick for the past 3 days and I have not been doing my exercise. Just couldn't do it. I will be back on the track tomorrow. Don't want to get out of the habit. Exercise has become a habit. A good habit. One that will make me healthier. I read some information the other day that really grabbed my attention. We should focus more on making new healthy habits than on fighting old unhealthy habits. Sure makes for a more positive attitude. Til next time....

    I agree it's good to stay in the habit (and 3 days is the tipping point for me where it is hard to get back into it), but if you've been sick maybe a very light workout or a walk is the way to maintain your habit without overdoing it, especially if you still really aren't up to doing much. Best of luck on your fitness journey!
