My knees, my feet, my ankles, my back, my arms, my pinky finger..oh the list goes on!!! Ever say this??? The reason you cannot work out? I know I have many times! Even recently! My knee is KILLING me! I have runners knee, but I REFUSE to use this as an excuse to get lazy and complacent! I know all about moderation and substituting exercises! I still run, yes, but super slow. I lift, WT and stair climb to get my knee back in order. And I still workout 6 days a week.
I have very unpleasant tan lines,3 missing nails and KT tape in now an accessory
I eat less because I do not exercise as intensely.
And because of determination and modifications, I wore jeans I havent worn in 5yrs with a med top and all white no less!
And you know what?? I think my face is finally slimming out(with my fav workout partner)
I do not make excuses anymore. I wanna be fit
