Day 2 and the gym.

Well today is day 2 and so far so good. I've tracked my food on the nutritional tracker and I've been drinking nothing but water so far today so I think that I am doing well. Today I was talking to my mom about working out at the gym, and because I live at home and take care of my autistic sister I have alot of responsibilities at home so I have to schedule my workouts around things I do here. My parents own a floral shop and I will also be working part time with them so I'll be busy in the coming weeks, so my workouts will have to be scheduled around all of that. I suggested to her that I can do some of my workouts in the evenings, even take some classes (one that I really wanna take is Zumba) but she said that isn't her preference. I love my mom dearly but, no offence, since when was it about her preference? I need to do whatever I can to ensure that I am losing weight and if I decide to workout at a specific time on a specific day, as long as I am not neglecting with my chores at home I should be okay. Well I'm off to eat my lunch, will put it on my food tracker and blog later tonight to write about my second day! :)
