I have a George Forman grill! It is great for grilled chicken~ marinate in low-cal italian or low-cal caeser over night, & then grill up on the George Forman. You will have nice fresh chicken for all kinds of recipes~ & it tastes great!
That said, I'm not a huge fan of steamed food ;-)
One thing about the George Forman grill, wipe it down with a wet paper towel while it's still kind of hot, & it will clean up nice & easy.
