So the fact that my doc only wants me to aim at losing a half a pound a week is a little frustrating -- but slow and steady wins the race, right?
Anyway, it's been 5 months and I've lost 10 pounds, so I guess I'm doing it right. :)
Trying to find time to dance during the afternoon is getting old. Why can't baby sleep for more than 30 minutes!!! My classes are usually 60-90 minutes, and I really need extra time to stretch and cool down. DH doesn't seem annoyed at having to watch the baby during that time, so I need to be okay with having "me time."
