Tuesday, April 10, 2012

I'm a nervous wreck today.
Many nerve-wrecking things going on this week, many stressful appointments to keep.
This coming Sunday marks my birthday.
Let's get on with it, get this week over with, and get there!
(And my new year will be a fairytale year and I won't have any stress - haha!!!)

Kricket - I hope you have a fabulous birthday on Sunday! And in the midst of all your "to-do's", I hope you take a few minutes to yourself to breathe. :)

HAVE A Happy Birthday!!

Ick. Well, it shall pass. I had a similar scenario the end of last year for about 2 months. Lots of sleepless nights, but I found exercise helped a lot. An intense lift session or a long run was usually enough to quell nervous energy to get some sleep.
