Maybe I'm being OCD about weight loss... I tend to get over involved in what I am doing... I calculated all calories yesterday and... I ate less than 1000 calories in the day... the strangest part of it is that I was satisfied all day. SO I didn't starve myself and ate healthy all day but only had 1000 calories... is it worse to eat too few calories or too many calories? Either way I'm going to try to get closer to my goal today.
