I iz back in action folks! :)

Tuesday, April 10, 2012

It has been about a month since I have been able to do any sort of organized exercise. I have managed a few walks here and there but most of my physical activity has come in the form of home renovations. Those are finally winding down. YESS!

I can officially see my living room floor. Guess who is going to exercise today. That's right-ME!

Luckily I only managed to gain 1.5lbs during my temporarily forced non-healthy lifestyle. I am able to cook again. We are home more. Positive choices are happening now. We were so busy and on the go....ugh..such a mess in the house..needing to eat fast and now is hard when you are attempting to live healthy.

The renovations are nearly complete, I am happy, and I am back Baby! emoticon

Yeee Haw! Congrats on the renovations and the small gain! I was just beating myself up over gaining 2 pounds from forced inactivity, so now I'll take a page from your book & be glad it wasn't worse and move on!

I am honestly surprised it was so small. I was truly working day and night for about 2 1/2-3 weeks. That helped but I was eating EXTREMELY poorly. I am just glad a large gain didn't happen.

Time to make my breakfast smoothie emoticon

Yay! Glad to see you back and in full swing! I'm mightily impressed with the miniscule gain over the past month. As a creature of habit myself, I know only too well how disruptions to one's routine can have devastating effects. So, well done you, for keeping a lid on that! ;)

Talk to you soon!
