I am a bit overwhelmed, but I think I am ready to take the plunge. I will be weighing in each Monday and taking my measurements every 4 weeks. I would like to lose 8-10 lbs a month. I know that drinking plenty of water is key... as is diet. I am keeping my activity low & slow for now, but I hope to be able to do some high intensity interval training once my fitness improves. I had to get new batteries for the scale & find a measuring tape, but I managed to get my weight & measurements done on Monday. I am tracking my food mainly offline at the moment, but I may switch to an online later. I can't think of much else to say, so here are my starting numbers below:

SW: 271 lbs

Neck: 15"
Arm: 19"
Waist: 45"
Hips: 61"
Thigh: 31"
Calf: 20"
