Well it was 9 pm but I made it down to the basement to exercise. Tonight I did Kelly Coffey Meyer 30 minute bootcamp and it was a good workout. I need new support garments and maybe some new shoes but all and all a good workout. That is a feeling I have longed for... That burn of muscle and that drip of sweat that comes after a sho' nuff workout. Thanks Kelly and thank you Lord, I was able to stay within my dietary guidelines today.
