First Day Back to Work and Working Out

It was my first day back to work since I lost Alexandria. Overall, it was a pretty good day. My body is going to have to get used to being in motion again because other than walking the dog I've pretty much been on the couch or in the bed.
Today I got medically cleared to do gentle exercises for the next couple of weeks before I can begin a normal routine. I did the Start it Up DVD from Slim in 6 and I am sore!
I went over my calorie range by a couple of 100 calories but I'm not going to beat myself up over it.
I also went over my fat range. I'm not too happy about that but I did have scrambled eggs and peanut butter today and they're both high in good fat. I also had cheese for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and that certainly did help. I had a turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch which wasn't bad at all. Until I put it in the food tracker and discovered the turkey was 50 calories with 500 mg of sodium!
Oh well, it feels like I'm starting all over again but at least day 1 is done and over with...yay!
